Vlad was superb and has a very genuine spirit. Compared to other companies we interviewed, he didn't try to pressure us into extra products (SDL, grills, colours, full-frame replacement, etc) that we didn't need, he was patient with giving us time to think through our options, and his prices were competitive (the other companies quoted higher and some quoted double which was shocking). We chose full-frame replacements for the bedrooms and retrofit for everything else. Vlad installs the windows himself with a crew. He foam insulates retrofit windows in addition to full-frame windows which is a perk and he also foam insulates in the vinyl cavities. The VinylPro windows he uses seem sturdy (fusion-welded and made with pure vinyl and SuperSpacer seals) and have nice detailing. Both Vlad and VinylPro are Window-Wise certified.
