Consumers Alert! Horrible Horrible Experience. Overall it was hell of a experience dealing with this company. I paid advance of $500 and they promise me they will deliver the bedroom set in two weeks time, It took them 3 months to deliver the furniture. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DEPOSIT. 3 months after receiving the bed, one of the railing which holds the mattress box broke. I put a warranty claim and its been more than 6 months Ritz has not address my complain now the other side raining has come apart. In short i paid $4000 to buy a crap quality Apparently Ashley furniture. My Ikea Bed is a lot sturdier than their Ritz best furniture. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT WARRANTY. SEE PICTURES !
