For the second year Naiad has winterized our sprinkler system. Each year the service has been timely, reliable and friendly. I especially like that at the start of each season, Naiad gives clients the opportunity to book a date when their sprinkler winterization will occur. Naiad then emails information to tell us what to do to be ready for them to do their job. Each year they have arrived exactly when they have said they will arrive and have done the work efficiently, with friendly service. They send follow-up emails and communicate well online. I also like that when I call there is always someone who either answers the phone directly or calls back very promptly. It is a pleasure working with you, Naiad.
