Yurii and Tim were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were easy to contact and accommodating during the quoting phase, answering all our questions promptly. During the build phase, Yurii, Tim were consultative with us...confirming what we’d like to see before starting the build. Their team was very professional and respectful to our neighbors. The work was completed on time and on budget. The end product was amazing and everything we asked for. Looking forward to working with Yurii and Tim on our front landscaping in the near future. We bought a house and the kitchen left quite a bit to be desired. We called 310 Reno and got a quote from Sean Findlay. We haven't looked back since. Sean and his team did an excellent job on everything from the demolition to the last minute finishing touches. Their professionalism and attention to detail make them a pleasure to work with. With a 100+ year old house, a renovation of this scale comes with its share of challenges. Sean and his team not only kept us involved and informed on the progress of the project, when things didn't go exactly as planned, they were full of expert opinions and great design ideas. We now have a kitchen beyond our dreams, it looks like it's straight out of a magazine. Not only would we consider reccomending Sean and his team to our mothers, we already have!
