Gail in major appliances at the Upper Canada Mall Sears was fantastic. We spoke on the phone before I came into the store which was great as I have 2 small kids and shopping for appliances isn't fun for them. She had already reviewed the best deals and cut the time I would have spent down to 30 minutes for purchasing 2 new appliances. I would recommend her to anyone - not only did Sears price match the fridge I wanted but they went above and beyond to insure they would be delivered before we moved into out new home.

We had just moved into a new home in the horrible heat wave, temperatures broke records it was so hot. J&S was there right away to install our new air conditioner, although there were problems our installer Pete wouldn't leave, he kept trying and trying for 8 straight hours. Unfortunately at 9pm he felt there was no more he could do. He needed to talk to the manufacturer tech support and they were no longer open. I know he felt horrible to leave us (I felt horrible that he spent 8hrs working in that heat) but assured us he would be back, well he came back 1st thing the next morning and had us up and running in no time. He was so professional and respectful of my brand new home. He went above and beyond to make sure my family didn't have to suffer the heat anymore.
