the sales guys is really friendly. he's pretty helpful to assist us to pick a better deal. we got a Samsung SS Fridge for less than 1 k dollars. we are still pretty happy about the deal. Delivery was fast and guys are professional, they took a roll of carpet to avoid getting my flooring dirty. great service overall.
we bought a dinning set there a few month ago, the product was on sale. really affordable stuff with okay quality. The delivery guys were helpful. only complaint is first product that was delivered was damaged. I called their customer service and had to drive back to the warehouse to exchange for another one.
we bought a sofa set from them about 1 month before Xmas last year, the sales person promised that we will get it before Xmas and then about 1 week before Xmas, they told me they are too busy to delivery my sofa set to me before the holidays even after I already paid $150 for their full delivery service. I was pissed off and fight through the phone with their manager who really never answer his phones. eventually they did a quick drop off for me, leave the sofa set unpacked in my garage. not a very good experience although we really liked the sofa
