We bought aprox 1000 sq feet of laminate for our home. IT was a great product and a good price. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we are happy with the laminate. I would recommend Totem to other home owners because of their good prices and friendly staff
We purchased a garage package. They matched the price of a competitor and delivered it to our house. THe trusses were the wrong ones and there were some other parts missing. I called Home Depot and they made arrangements for the correct trusses to be dropped off and the other ones to be picked up. They were prompt but left 2 trusses behind which we have to dispose of. The staff was nice and the fact they matched the price was great. I was disappointed bout the missing parts and the trusses being left behind. I still shop at Home Depot and would recommend them to others. I would suggest if buying a garage package to make sure that all the parts are there.
