I bought a new washer and dryer for my home, When my husband installed them , I kept getting a overflow of water in my sink when my washer was discharging. After sending out numerous emails and text to different plumbing companies in regards to this , only Vince from Acquaflow responded in a timely manner. He advised me that either my drains were partially plugged or my drain pipe was not properly installed. I made a appointment for Vince to come over and inspect the drain pipes , upon his visit , he advised me that my drain pipe was in fact installed in properly and would need to be redone.asked Vince to redo the entire drain system along with new water lines for the new units and if he could possibly also install a new vanity. Vince worked tirelessly and quickly to complete the job. He was here 3 days and installed my vanity , corner cabinet along with my new washer and dryer — he even revented my dryer with the correct , code required 4 inch rigid venting. Fantastic job Vince , my new units work flawlessly and I can dry a load of wash in 20 mins as opposed to 2 hours.
