Before you look any further, do yourself a favour and call Yevhen! I called after 6:00pm and he answered my call. I explained my problem and he set up an approximate time for the appointment. He texted me an arrival time that was exact and very much appreciated and showed up on time. He had a very tight working space and he got right after it, no hesitation. He is extremely professional, courteous and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs. I am completely satisfied and thrilled with the work from Century Aluminum. Right from the start I was impressed with Gary and his timely quote and eye for details. He explained everything to me and left me feeling very confident. The crew of Trevor, Dimitri and Alex were outstanding! Polite, friendly and always giving me an update on their progress. This is exactly what you want when having the work done. They cleaned up every day when they had finished and did a through clean up of the property when the job was completed. The guys came right on time and called prior to arriving. Very courteous and friendly. They were very clean and made sure nothing was disturbed including the large hose they used from outside. Great experience and certainly will use them again in the future. Completely satisfied! Garry
