The company was recommended to me by our trusted renovation contractor who used Laidy for a few jobs and found them "reliable and reasonable". I decided to use them in spite of a few pans on HomeStars. I find that Mr. Wong and crew are on the older side, but the advantage is that they're very experienced, and they do quick work. I was quoted 4 days for the job and it was done in 3 - we had a stretch of good weather, and the crew was on site daily. I find that Mr. Wong was very busy, on calls with customers constantly, but he always responded to my texts within the day. For the volume and nature of the work they do, I think it is inevitable that they would get a few bad reviews. They were able to explain the work and answer questions I had about my clogged-up foundation weeping tiles and the fixes they recommended and implemented. Work area was cleaned up rather well, considering the extent of the excavation. We were happy that they were conscientious about keeping a tidy job site and conserving the affected garden features. Will wait to see if the work holds up and if the compaints about warranty repairs are warranted.

Bahman struck me first and foremost as an honest and fair person. He strives to be thorough and clear in providing options and costs, which is appreciated very much. They are very responsive and the workmanship is very good and project delivered on time. We did not have to remind them of minor details which saved a lot of follow-up on our part. I would recommend Bahman's company without reserve.
