Our old deck was probably about 30 years old and it was time to replace it and bring the structure up to code. The patio under the raised deck had been affected by tree roots and was pooling water near the house's foundation. Burloak Deck and Fence did a wonderful job. They were efficient and communicative throughout the project. The new deck and patio look fantastic.
