I just want to let you know how very satisfied I was with the service I received from your Sales and Installation department, Steve and the Manager was very helpful in fulfilling my needs with the DVR. They took the time to install the hard-drive into the DVR and hook it up at the store to ensure that everything is working accurately, all I had to do was to plug it in when I returned home.
