Initially, our experience with Beverley Hills Home Improvements was positive. The sales rep was knowledgeable and we felt confident in their services. We have used other window companies in the past but this time we needed construction done at the same time. We had an entire house of windows and 2 exterior doors with construction on rebuilding the opening of one door completed. During installation, the crew would disappear or not show up to the job site. I called the office and would be told "yes they are at the site" which was untrue since I was there every minute of installation. One of the young members of the crew told me one day that he thought the senior crew members were doing a side job and that's where they kept disappearing. I then called the office and told them of this. The office then told me the crew had a family emergency...the story kept changing and apparently it was every member of the crew with this emergency. Upon installation of my lock, the crew blamed me that the brand new screw was stripped and they were unable to install the lock. How is this possible that out of a new package, the screw was stripped? So, without telling me, they left the house without a front door lock! They left my house completely open to anyone to walk right in!!! They returned a couple of days later to fix the lock after I called very upset at the office. They "fixed" the lock. About a week or two after installation, my lock broke. We were unable to use the code feature or the key! In the middle of the night, we had to call a locksmith to come and cut the lock off the door. When he removed the lock, he showed us that the company had drilled the holes incorrectly which caused the lock to break. So, now we had to replace a $250 lock AND pay the locksmith to cut the lock and replace it AND our door is damaged from the initial installation. Well, it is almost a year later and Beverley Hills has stopped returning our calls for a replacement door. We have given up hope they will stand behind their product and installation. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. They have caused us a lot of money and stress. The only reason I give them 1 star is because the windows are good.

After speaking with many companies, I met Paul. He immediately had my trust over the phone and sitting down with him and Jess, I knew I could hand over our life savings to do this job. Paul and his team extended our front walk way, extended the side walk way, laid stone at the front, side and entire back of the house. They added the right amount of plants and even project managed the entire job with our sub contractors (deck builder, electrician, hot tub company). The entire team that worked on our house was INCREDIBLE! We have experience working with many contractors and Ciscon is top notch in our books. The crew (Dave, Adrian, Paul, Pete...sorry if I am forgetting names guys!) were respectful of my home and always made sure to clean up everyday. I have zero regrets about hiring Ciscon. Their work is impeccable!

This is the second time I have used Casa Bella for window and door renovations in my home. They are professional and are experts in their field. I have been told by other companies that I am currently working with on other renovations that Casa Bella is a great company. I am very happy with the finished product. The installers were wonderful as always. I had German's team in my home (again for the second time) and I was very pleased. I have recommended Casa Bella to numerous other people and will continue to do so in the future.

I hired P&P Renovations to complete a renovation on my basement windows. They installed a weaping system,cut brick, installed new windows (double the size), painted and finished the work properly. The best aspect of them was the fact that they were CLEAN. They ensured that every spec of dust was out of my house before they left everyday. As well, any issues that came up such as a crack in my foundation were taken care of. Nothing was overlooked. I will be contacting them again in the future for more renovation projects.

After hearing an animal running in my walls for 2 days, we decided to call SWAT. Eric came out the next morning and explained the process completely and installed a one way door to the entrance point. He was quick and guarantees the work for 1 year. I would recommend SWAT.

We called Pesticon and they were able to come out to my home the next morning. They were professional, courteous and explained the process as he went along. After their special power was sprayed, all of our ants died and we have not had a problem since. It was well worth it to call Pesticon and I would suggest them to anyone.

From the very beginning, Casa Bella has been fantastic. We got many quotes from companies that were recommended by family etc and decided that Casa Bella was the best for us. Cost was incredibly comparable as other companies wanted more than double for the same job and the same quality of window. Our door was half custom and cost us a quarter the price of the competition. The installation crew was great. I will be requesting the same crew back for the remainder of my house next year. The manager made sure I was aware of every issue along the way and how to correct the problems. They were not a company to "hide" the issues. They were very upfront and honest and explained why. My brick on my house looked straight with my old windows but with the new it is a little crooked as the house has settled. The team made sure I knew why and answered any questions I had. They were clean and respectful of my home. I am extremely happy with Casa Bella and recommend them to everyone!

I have a basement apartment and in one day the hot water stopped running in the basement, the pressure dried up and eventually the water stopped. After my husband tried to remedy the issue himself, we ended up having water all over the basement floors. This was a Sunday and I called all plumbers in our area to find NO ONE was available. I found Bosco online and called to find someone on the other end of the phone. They were very convincing on the phone of their pricing that they do not charge by the hour and instead by the job. This ended up being great for us as the job took multiple hours to fix. If you have a small job to be done, do not use Bosco as it will cost more than with an hourly company. I was very happy with the plumber that came to the house. He was extremely respectful, helpful and brought lots of ideas on how we should fix the problem. He actually offered his services for us to check the other faucets in the home and was able to fix very minor issues and tell us about future fixes that will need to be done elsewhere and how to fix them ourselves. I would recommend them for emergency fixes or bigger jobs where an hourly charge would be unreal.

When we purchased our home in 2010, we called HandyMan Connection for new closet builds, floor laying, door installations, bathroom remodelling, duct work and some electrical work. Ria recommended Steve for our jobs. Steve was always available to give suggestions, how to cut costs down, and was always willing to teach us why something had to be done and how to do it. Steve went so much above and beyond for us that he even drove us to Home Depot to buy products together. He brought all the products to my home which took around 2 hours of his time for shopping and driving but did not charge us a penny for his time. Steve's end products were fantastic. I couldn't have asked for anything more. This year, I called Steve back in to replace some venting, toilets and remove and install a new side garage door. This was a very annoying project as the door originally was set in concrete. Even throughout the trouble, Steve kept a smile on his face. The office is very friendly as well but sometimes their organization needs work. My name was spelt incorrectly multiple times on paper work. Pay attention to that stuff. I would highly suggest HandyMan Connection and Steve for your work. They have always been good to me from a service and price point of view. The handymen are great and definitely know what they are talking about.
