Working with Badr is a luxury at a very reasonable price and worth every penny! Not only is Badr a fantastic person, but she is amazing at what she does. She helped give us a “decorating direction” when we moved into our new home. She was very patient as we felt overwhelmed at all the choices we needed to be made. She provided us with options based on her extensive knowledge of exactly where to go to find anything (reasonably priced options no less), as well as helped us incorporate our own hidden gems into our new home. She was also wonderful at ensuring both my husband and I equally contributed to the design choices. For example, if I knew that Badr thought “his” wall hanging looked good – it was an objective opinion that I respected, and listened to. In ALL circumstances Badr made us feel comfortable and happy with our choices – it was like having our very own cheering section – which helped get us to the amazing result we were looking for. We would (and will) recommend working with Badr to anyone wanting to improve their surroundings. Thanks for everything Badr!!!

Guys were good - company not so good Be warned of the service from Tippet Richardson. They are overpriced and take advantage of the consumer who needs to move during the summer. Before the move, they appeared to be a good company to deal with. The actual movers on the day of the move were good – but everything fell off the rails for support after that! The needs and requirements were clearly given at the time of the quote (AND by subsequent emails), however the information was incorrectly written on the quote. The interpretation from that incorrectly worded quote caused our move to be a mess! It started with the movers not even being aware that there was a storage pickup, then the truck wasn’t big enough. This caused us to have to do a SECOND trip back and forth from the storage to the new house. This caused the job to go 2 hours over the quote resulting in over $500 in extra charges!!!!! Following the move, management was completely unwilling to take responsibility for their errors. They have a serious challenge with respect to customer service. This is an average moving company with a serious attitude and zeal for over-charging. I would not and will not recommend anyone use them.
