Our 16 year old washing mashing would not drain with a full load of towels and water in it. I called Garnet on a Sunday afternoon. He called back within the hour. Over the phone he was able to get it working temporarily, set up a time for a service visit and provided an estimate. Garnet repaired the washer for the the estimated price and confirmed that we should get another 2-3 years out of the washer, which will give us plenty of time to research and shop for a new one. Garnet is a super friendly guy and communicates well. He is definitely our go-to guy for appliance repairs.

I called Java Electric to look after a number of small jobs. Antonio came and reviewed the work, provided a free estimate and while at my house he helped snap a smoke detector into place which I couldn't reach with my small ladder. He returned with his son the next weekend and completed all the jobs on budget - installed a light fixture and a ceiling fan, fixed my bathroom fan and checked a fixture that was flickering. He was very tidy and brought a drop sheet with him to protect the floors.

Brothers was very good in responding to my initial request. However the woman I spoke with said someone would call me within a few days with an estimate and no one did. I had to call back and while they are not cheap they do good work. Robert and his associate arrived on time. Robert explained things well and provided preventative maintenance suggestions. I liked that he asked if I was satisfied with the service before he left.

My fridge started to get noisy, as it had done a number of years ago and I was so glad that I found Garnet's contact information from his previous visit. He was able to fit me in the next day. Garnet communicates very clearly in terms of when to expect him, root cause of the problem and solution. He presents himself very professionally and he is a super friendly guy. I would not hesitate to call him again.

My 8 year old Jenn-Air fridge started regularly making a load rattling sound.
