Kitchen pipes clogged, need snake clean out
My experience with your company is very disapointing. The Tec lacked knowleadge of basic plumbing. The problem was that the kitchen pipes were clogged and needed to be snaked out. He did not know which was for the cleaning out, and put the snake in the wrong pipe. He cut out the dry wall under the sink unnecessarily. The Tec cut out all of the pipes under the kitchen sink, for no correct reason at all. He promptly told us they were piped incorectly, but they were done properly His lack of knowleadge resulted in us having to pay another ,competent Plumber to restore the damage. I called to talk with the Manager , but he refused to respond. I called every day for 3 weeks , requesting to speek with the Manager and he never responded. I had to pay additional money to restore my kitchen plumbing. This was the worst experience ever.
