NuSite is an amazing company, and their team leader Jakub is an incredible professional. We loved the care that went into the underpinning and waterproofing job. The whole process was explained to us beforehand, and we were kept informed of any changes to the timeline. For example, because of the friable nature of the soil, NuSite modified the planned pit sequence to increase the distance between active pits, guaranteeing the safety and integrity of the house as work progressed. Furthermore, the job site was kept incredibly clean and organized at all times. The cleanliness and precision made our basement-in-progress far more akin to an archaeological dig than to a construction site.
