We had a sewer disaster happen in our home and needed to clear out our entire basement just before Christmas 2012. We called Pack and Store and not only did Jacqueline help us out with a special deal, but she had the storage pods delivered next day. The driver Brian was also excellent as we have a very narrow driveway and not front yard so placement of the pod was a very tight affair. He managed to get the pod into place after some tough tries...but eventually everything was done. Once the stuff was packed into the pods, we needed it taken away pretty much immediately as the renovation guys were coming the next day and needed to part in the driveway. With the help of Jacqueline and Brian, the pods were picked up later that day and taken to the storage facilites. When we wanted the pods back, it was just as simple. We called and Aaron made the arrangements for drop off and picking up of the empty pod. Everything worked out fine and everything was kept safe. With all the crap we were dealing with in the basement, it was nice to see that there are still companies out there with great people who seem to genuinely care about their customers. We will definitely use and recommend this company to our friends and family.

I am sure you know how stressful moves are and my wife and I were definitely feeling anxious and worried building up to and during the move. As promised, the Emerald drivers arrived on time. Although we had requested three men, due to illness, we ended up with only two. Immediately the two men went right to work. They took such care with our belongings, ensuring everything was wrapped. During the move out and in, we offered them coffee, donuts, water, lunch, etc. and I believe they appreciated our hospitality. What really surprised us was that they would down their coffee or eat their lunch in minutes and then got right back to work. I was tired just watching them. Once we got to the new house, both Billy and Joe continued to shock us with their working ethics. They had to unload that entire truck that was filled to capacity. I am sure they were exhausted climbing all those stairs and lifting our heavy stuff, but they continued on…always with a smile for us. We were truly impressed with these two gentlemen. Although the move took over ten hours, they both made us feel that things were alright. One of the movers even had a commitment 4:00 pm, but never made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him. Once again, always smiling and considerate to our angst. We believe that these two guys should be given an award. We are very happy that we were smart enough to use Emerald and that they were smart enough to send these two guys to move us.
