As a general contractor with over 20yrs experience, I have developed the ability to determine whether a trade is experienced before I even hire them. Clean Cut Painting and Decorating Corp. has done many projects for me over the years. They have a wide variety of work men that are able to do many specialty types of painting. Since my company renovates some of the elite homes in Toronto, we require our trades to give realistic timelines, meet tight deadlines and finish on budget. This company does all of this. I've been a general contractor for 20 yrs. I recommend Priority Plus Painters because he has excellent control over timeline, budget and quality. Very important in this industry. He is very accommodating and good at working with other trades. He shows up when he says, doesn't submit unexpected extras, and has great knowledge in the specialty areas such as wallpapering, special stain techniques, and matching new areas with old.
