I placed an urgent request for demolition services, James called me that morning and the work was completed by end of day! He and Mike did a great job of breaking the concrete and clearing the debris, thus allowing us to continue our project without interruption. I highly recommend JLS for their professionalism, hard work, and accommodating my schedule.

Jason and his team did a perfect job refinishing my maple hardwood floors. They were punctual, professional, and completed the work on time. The areas not sanded were taped off, hence there was a minimal amount of dust to wipe down. Most important was Jason’s patience in assisting me with the colour choice and his advice for restraining maple. The attached pictures show the excellent work the team did by waterpopping the maple prior to staining - so no blotchiness. I couldn’t be happier and would heartily recommend them.
