We have a great experience working with Vahn for our home inspection. Moving from a condo to a townhome, we wanted to ensure that the property was in good condition and that we were aware potential repairs or maintenance regardless of how minor they may be. We had a great experience working with Varant. We originally got a quote from him in Feb/March right before the COVID19 lockdown, but because of government restrictions we could not schedule the repairs right away. Varant kept in touch with us throughout the lockdown, so he was able to start right away once the ban was lifted. He did a great job removing our old laminate and replacing it with vinyl plank. Varant went out of his way to make sure our project was well taken care of and we're very happy with the results! Thank you!

Jerry did a great job installing two pendant light fixtures in our new condo. He was flexible with the timing as we were only a few days away from our wedding and were extremely busy. Jerry was professional, courteous and did a great job. We would definitely call him again for any additional electrical work. Highly recommended!

Daltony and Rafael did an incredible job refreshing the carpets of our master bedroom. Our unit was previously occupied by a tenant who didn’t take care of the carpet. The team did an amazing job cleaning up the dirt, grime and spots. Our unit is now ready for us to move in. Thank you!
