Protection Plus was a great company to deal with from start to finish. I requested a quote online to get bars on a couple of small windows we have on the side wall in our basement. Brian phoned me up within the day and it felt like I had known the guy for years! Great, honest man who seemed to like his job and knew the products very well. I appreciated his continuous updates regarding measurements, price quotes, and then when the work would be done. I think I went over my daytime minutes chatting with him LOL Within the next week or two, Brandon came over to install the product. Another great guy who knows his stuff and was quick and efficient with the installation. He was also very personable and I just love when you can totally feel at ease with people you don't know working in your home. We had a bad experience once (a guy wandering off and going through our stuff) and I swear, it scars you for life. We felt completely at ease with Brandon. Thanks Protection Plus, you made our home feel more secure, and we will definitely be recommending your services to others.

We woke up on a rainy Monday morning to hear raccoons in our attic. I went on Homestars and asked for quotes from various pest control companies, and A1 was the first to get back to us that same morning. Chris said he would come over and take care of the problem the very next day, and that is what he did. The raccoons had made their way through a vent cover, so A1 came and replaced all of our plastic covers with better ones, in addition to putting a one-way door on the one that the raccoons had broken in to. That same night, the raccoons left and we haven't heard from them since. They came back and took out the door and placed the final cover in, and now we will never have to worry about the raccoons breaking through again. My dad was the only person who actually met Chris (and I'm guessing Ricky was the other guy, judging by the other reviews), as we both had to be at work, but he said that they were great guys and seemed like hard workers. Thanks A1, we will definitely be recommending you to all of our friends. We especially love that your company is dealing with the animals humanely!

Without a doubt, CB Tree Service is the company to deal with for all of your tree needs. We are extremely grateful and 100% satisfied with their services, and will be recommending them to all of our friends and neighbours. After having a huge branch from our 100 feet elm snap during the recent ice storm, we checked google for a local arborist. Thanks to the great Homestars reviews that we found on CB Tree Service, we contacted Craig. Craig is a really great guy who is super knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain what he and his team would do and gave us a very fair quote. We chose to have all of our trees taken care of, because we were obviously in the right hands. Craig and the team worked for the entire day and by the time we got home, we arrived to a totally different property. Not only did they take care of the snapped branch and all of the other trimmings around our property, they also cut the snapped branch in to fire logs AND put them in to the fire pit. If that's not exceptional service, I don't know what is. To top it off, they even used the leaf blower to give us a head start on our spring cleaning. This is outstanding service that should definitely be recognized! We are so pleased and relieved that we found CB Tree Service and will be life-long customers if they'll have us. They definitely exceeded expectations and you will not regret going with them.
