Ramin of Climax Air arrived half an hour after our call for service and found that our 20+year old AC compressor was not turning on which indicated low Freon. Because freon is not being used in AC units any more, our only option was to buy a new unit. Climax was able ro arrange a crew to install a new, Amana, unit the following day., and called to confirm the installation. The crew arrived when scheduled. A couple of hours into the work, Sam, the company owner came by personally to see that the installation was being done properly. The location of the unit was in a treed area next to the house and was tricky to work in; however, the crew managed to get the AC unit on a flat surface so that it is leveled. I was very impressed with the professional quality of the initial service call, the installation and the follow up. I will always call Sam at Climax Air Conditioning for all my AC and Heating services.

Zack called within a few minutes of my posting a request for service on Home Stars, and said he could come that afternoon after he finished the job he was on. When he arrived he went into action immediately and reamed out the main drain and then followed up by flushing it with water. Excellent job and all is fine. Very happy.
