Triple Pain Windows Upper Level
I am disappointed to have to write a less than positive review. I did have the opportunity to speak to the President of the company regarding my concerns and he assured me that there would be follow-up with the staff and that my feedback would provide good learnings for them to improve in the future. First of all, I would like to say that we are very happy with quality of the windows and the installation appears to have been done correctly. Our job was considered a "small" job by Supreme Windows standards as it was only $9200. We had triple pane windows installed in the upper level of our duplex. There were a total of 5 windows replaced. The issues that we encountered: - one day notice that they would be here to install - arrived on April 4 and did not have the correct saw to complete the job due to the abutments around the windows. We signed the contract and paid the deposit on Feb 4 and there were lots of photos ......clearly, required preparation was not completed by someone. -after contacting Dave late on April 4 when I returned from my business trip, he re-scheduled our install to April 8, ensuring that they would arrive prepared to do the job. Nobody had notified him that the job had not been started when I called. But, my credit card had been run for the total bill less the deposit. - April 8, installation was done of 3 windows but an error had been made with one of the two master bedroom windows so the install could not be completed and a new window had to be ordered. This was after the salesman argued with the installation crew that the window was fine but finally conceded that it was not. - April13, Dave had scheduled the appointment for 9 am so we made sure we were ready for the crew to arrive early on this Saturday morning. They called twice to announce there delay.....finally arriving at 10:10 am. The result of all this is that we were disrupted over 3 different days; my husband missed work on 2 days; we lost 5 hours of our Saturday for the final installation; we had to move furniture in our master bedroom 3 times and we lived without blinds for 10 days. All this for 5 windows! Fortunately, we had decided to do upstairs this year and downstairs next year as the total quote was approximately $25,000. I don't think I could have handled the stress of a full house install with this company. No compensation has been made to us for the undue stress and that is fine. I just hope that no other customer has to go through this painful experience.

Hello Paula,
Thank-you for your feedback and suggestions, We will take these under advisement for future planning. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the quality of the windows and installation. We offer flexible installation dates to all of our customers and had a job deferred to a later date. We called you to see whether (with one days' notice) this timing would fit your schedule. We acknowledge that there was a discrepancy re: one of the master bedroom windows. We rectified your concern to your full satisfaction and in a timely manner. Unfortunately this change led to a delay rescheduling to facilitate a follow up visit to complete your project. Once again, we are pleased to hear that you are happy with the quality of the windows and installation and we appreciate your business.
Enjoy your new windows!
Regards,Gordon / Director of Sales and Marketing
