I had called this store to sort out a weird credit card policy they had and had a hell of a time on the phone with the customer service people afterwards trying to sort this all out. I got passed around to like 5 people when finally this one girl took my call and I was so frustrated I was near tears and lost it! She kindly calmed me down, apologized profusely for everything and walked me through how the mess could all get sorted out. she told me that rather go through the store on my own to get all the stuff I was supposed to be buying (there was a lot and the 1st time I went I ended up havign to leave it at the checkout counter after I shlepped it around for like an hour around the store), to just go straight to the customer service desk and that there would be something there to help me. Turns out SHE had gone through the store and pulled everything for me and had it all waiting for me there to be paid. Now that is a way to keep a customer!!!
