I contacted Alex because of a dryer problem and right away over the phone he was very insightful and helpful. He was able to quickly conclude the potential problem and provided the approx differnt cost for repairing the unit. He is very experienced and friendly. The unit was replaced and he provided a 3 month guarantee. To this date 2 yrs later it is working fine no issues. The additional detail as to why & how the unit of the dryer burnt out. was extremely helpful as it turned out to the cause of the dryer problem. We looked at the exterior wall outlet for the dryer to verify whether or not the air circulation was blocked or damaged. This casues the dryer to overheat or burn the dryer element. Thank you Alex.
