We discovered a leak coming onto our kitchen ceiling from the bathroom above. We called New Canadian Plumbing on a Sunday night of a long weekend and Masoud was at our place Monday morning. He was polite and knowledgable, quickly assessed the damage and got to work. Two copper elbow joints were replaced, one was the leaky one, the other was done as a preventative measure. Masoud was kind and courteous, cut as little into the ceiling as possible and cleaned up after the work was done. Would not hesitate in calling on Masoud again.

We had a portion of our soffit come loose after a particularly windy night. I put a request in through homestars knowing it was a smaller sized job that not many companies would want to bother with. Novak Aluminum was quick to reply to the request and made getting a quote very easy. The communication was quick and efficient, without being pushy or pressuring for a commitment. I ended up getting 2 more quotes for the work but decided to go with Novak because his quote was excellent but also because of the professionalism in the communication. They were able to come the next morning and the job was done in a timely fashion and looked great. Novak was pleasant to deal with, didn't try to upsell anything and stuck to the quoted price even though I think he ended up using more material than was originally expected due to the condition of the remaining soffit. Would not hesitate to use this company in future projects.
