We had a really great experience with Kal and his team. Kal was always available to answer our questions leading up to the project, walking us through the decisions we needed to make and products we needed to pick. Having him purchase most of the products really made our life easier. Once the project began we were well taken care of by our foreman, Ahmed, and his team. Communication was great. We pretty much spoke daily to get updates on the project's status and to make decisions that were needed as small unexpected surprises were uncovered behind the walls. Changes to the budget once we began were nominal, which was great. And we were always provided with options so we could decide how to deal with the few surprises that arose in a way that we were comfortable with. We were really happy with the quality of work and feel that they took the time to build things right. Would definitely recommend Elfarro to anyone wanting to do a renovation. We have left very satisfied.
