My washing machine was leaking at the bottom during the draining cycle. Suspected the bellow was bad and had a new bellow ordered from whirpool.The technican Jermaine had it installed after confirming it was indeed the bellow showing where the huge hole was on the old one. He made sure he did not leave a mess, also pleased with the professional manner he conducted himself and gave detailed explanation of what he was going to do and even, how and why. .
