I was initially worried about undertaking such a large project, but I could not be happier with the experience and results provided by Danny and his team. Started and finished the project on time, on budget, and with a very high level of quality. They reliably showed up on time every day as expected, and the communication was excellent whenever a decision or issue was encountered. Everyone was very professional and took the time to give tips and advice where to purchase certain materials or best practices for design elements, and were just generally pleasant to deal with. The team also worked to coordinate the details with the kitchen fabricator so that kitchen installation went smoothly, and even took steps to ensure that their subs provided the same level of quality and reliability as they themselves did. Overall, I can't imagine a more stress-free experience and I'd recommend North Hill Renovation to any friends and family.

Really great experience overall. Scott came and quoted on the replacement of furnace, AC, and water heater. He took the time to explain the reasoning behind the recommendation on equipment he made. On day of install, technicians showed up on time and worked efficiently and thoughtfully, minimizing the amount of time we were without hot water. Job was completed quickly and cleanly, and price was fair and reasonable.

Excellent experience. George and his father arrived when they said they would, connected and prepared the new range very quickly, provided a couple of options for the gas line, tested every burner, and even gave a short tutorial on how to use it. It is great to deal with people who are good at what they do and customer focused. Thanks.

The entire experience was excellent. Mike gave a very thorough and detailed quote, and even described a situation with three of the top floor windows not being sealed and therefore not requiring removal, which made the price lower. It would have been very easy to say nothing and charge me the full price. Mike's team showed up on time, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and showed excellent workmanship. Highly recommended.

Contacted Mr. Roof Repair based on the comments and reviews here. Shingles were curling up where the downspout from the upper roof was dumping water onto a smaller section above the garage. Communications by email and phone were very prompt and professional. There were a couple of unexpected issues with the repair needed, but they were communicated honestly and different options were offered to correct by the repairman on site. I have no hesitation recommending Mr. Roof Repair to anyone who needs roof service.
