Needed advise re another dealer's offer to purchase new equipment. Service Experts had just (2 weeks ago) completed annual service on both furnace and A/C and declared both in good shape. Their service technician came and confirmed that explicitly and clearly. I got what I needed and am very satisfied with their responsive attitude.
