They were first to reply to the Homestar request and was able to come same-day to perform the repair. Repair was for a broken torsion spring on our very old garage door. Patrick came and not only replace the spring, but had also given the rest of the garage door a once over and tuning so now this old door runs (almost) as smoothly and quietly as new. I needed a gas-line put in to my kitchen. Stephen got in touch within 30 minutes of the request, came in person to give me a firm quote, and got the gas line in the day after my stove was delivered. The line was put in professionally and quickly. The work area was left cleaner than when he arrived. I was most impressed with the fact that he went out of his way to avoid having to punch additional holes in the access-way and did not leave until he was sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Thanks Stephen! Will be calling you when it comes time to replace my hot water tank!
