I was always told in the past that Excel was a lower-end product. However, I'm presently surprised. The product selection is excellent. The sales team is helpful with all my questions along the way. The changes we requested at later dates were reasonably priced. You must seriously consider the sales team's recommendations as they understand the product and resale value. Also, you must utilize the Virtuo services. They help with the moving process. Not all services are free, but the services are greatly appreciated if you are new to the city or just too busy to coordinate things.
