We started on an adventure to build a new home with Homes By Us around 12 months ago. The process was daunting for folks like us who are not experienced with this kind of projects. However, it has turned out to be a very enjoyable and fun experience. The guidance and design options we were introduced to by Linda were most appropriate and useful. It was rare that we were disappointed with anything. The result is weve moved in about 3 months ago and are super happy with our beautiful new home. Of course with any initiative this big, there are issues that come up but for us it was not the issues that were a problem but the way HBU responded to these issues, be it queries or support adjusting to a new home. They were very accommodating and Their support was timely and useful both during and after our home was built. And they continue to help us out even when its not their responsibility. I would love to build again with them and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.
