We have carpenter ants in the house, and called this company for an estimate. The estimate was free, and two of their employees came out. They were friendly and highly knowledgeable, and explained us what damage the ants could cause, and what treatments it would involve to get the problem under control. We decided to hire them. Their cost seemed a lot at first, but it includes any necessary recurrent treatments this year, which really makes it worth it, and we already had to make use of it once.
So far, our experience has been overall positive and I would highly recommend this company!
