Howard was going to be a little late, so he called to inform me ... I appreciated this courtesy and respect for my time. He arrived at the revised hour. He went over the job. He did the job. I had concerns about wasps in one region of my house. He suggested a wasp trap and explained how they work and prepared and hung one for me. The job was done quickly and efficiently.
