Pest & Animal Control review in North Vancouver

Used them over the year to get rid of rodent problem. Unfortunately did not check regarding warranty etc. Problem persisted and when complained received good follow up and an experienced technician to resolve issue.

No warrantly - extremely unhelpful

Pest & Animal Control review in North Vancouver

Used them over the year to get rid of rodent problem. Every time I was presented an invoice as they have no such thing as a warranty. Problem kept persisting and they keep coming to set up more poison traps but unable to offer any long term solutions. Almost like they want a monthly income line. When addressed this concern to the phone rep, tried to wiggle out of offering any solutions and in fact coming up with ridiculous excuses as to why the problem persists! Please save your money and don't use them!
