Employee arrived promptly just before designated time and explained exactly what he was going to do. Job was done quickly and he went through the invoice so I knew exactly what work was done. Fast and efficient.

In 2015 we did some renovations including a new roof by Penfold's Roofing (who were also excellent), and discovered a massive colony or community of carpenter ants in the roof of our large two-level 1960 post & beam. The ants were numerous, huge and winged; we literally had to vacuum them off the floor & walls after work! Pest Detective came and did an excellent job of explaining how the colonies work & function, including food sources, egress and exit sites, adding that the colony had likely been growing for many years.

They completed a full treatment, explaining it would likely need to be repeated in early spring 2016. We have just done exactly that, and the service tech was professional, friendly and very helpful. He was running 30 min late and the company communicated everything, including this minor delay, in a timely & respectful manner. The service tech went above & beyond in his treatment of the entire perimeter of our home, often doubling service to obvious high-ant-volume areas - including power & cable wires leading to the house that the little buggers were using as a suspension bridge! We are most satisfied with North Vancouver Pest Detective and appreciate the opportunity to write this review.

Jamie was great. Was here quickly. Did a live capture of the Raccoon sleeping under the deck. Was quit the feat in a confind space. Deni the dog and my wife are happy it was remove so quick. Thanks again to Jamie at Pest Detective.

Looked over the whole home including the attic. Put out several poison stations in the attic. Three outside and three inside. Already booked an appointment for a follow up. Very pleasant employee. Very knowledgeable.

They came and sprayed the pantry and kitchen and all of the window sills in the condo. Moved things out of the way so they could spray more thoroughly. Checked the whole condo before starting and gave great advice of what would be helpful to increase chances of a successful treatment. Gentleman was very thorough in his explanation, very patient with questions and very encouraging to a senior. Would highly recommend this company, super professional and discreet!

Our technician, Jamie, educated us on the nature of our pest problem, completely removed the problem, and took effective action to prevent any further pest related concerns. In addition, Jamie made an extra trip (on his day off) to take care of a pressing concern. Jamie's work met the highest standards of professionalism. Any further problems, and we'll be calling Jamie. He certainly knows his business.
