Had someone come to look at mice that were in our attic and walls. Was a really nice guy but couldn't find anything of substance so the problem is still unresolved.

We have been dealing with North Shore Pest Detective for many, many years. During this time we have had problems with raccoons, rats and ants and the Pest Detective dealt with them all. We have carpenter ants in the house, and called this company for an estimate. The estimate was free, and two of their employees came out. They were friendly and highly knowledgeable, and explained us what damage the ants could cause, and what treatments it would involve to get the problem under control. We decided to hire them. Their cost seemed a lot at first, but it includes any necessary recurrent treatments this year, which really makes it worth it, and we already had to make use of it once.
So far, our experience has been overall positive and I would highly recommend this company!
