The bathroom was a disaster... floor ceramic tiles not glued down, grout popping out, cold in winter, plaster damage on ceiling... just a mess. John Oborne's team (Colin Murray and Troy Ellis) tackled the problems. They drilled out the 3 inches of concrete under the tiles, and installed a beautiful cork floor. They determined that a faulty fan install was the cause of the water damage, replaced the fan, insulated it, and vented it properly thru the roof. The finishing touch was a beautiful trim, plaster, and paint job that exceeded all expectations. In addition, Colin determined that my toilet was not properly installed (hence the slight rocking problem) and corrected that issue as well. The guys were terrific and the bathroom is beautiful.
