Brock windows offered me the best price from all companies I've inquired. I wasn't too happy with the installation though. They affixed the frames with screws in each frame corner. By doing so they made holes in the vinyl frame structure and the rain water dripped inside the drywalls damaging them. After one year two of the four windows developed moisture inside but they replaced them at no cost after I called them. Great customer service!
If I had to re-do this job again I would:
1)chose without hesitation frame-to-frame windows and not keeping the old wooden frame. Yes it costs more but it is worth of.
2)ask the agent to send the best installers they have.
3)make sure to remind Brock windows to give those $50 they advertise for recommendation if they were recommended to me by a former customer of them.

Dear Dan:
Thank you for your review. This would be an unusual circumstance, so you would think we would be able to locate you in our system, however I have not had any luck. So without any details, I am going to respond to the best of my ability. I'm glad that our service department replaced your problem windows at no cost to you. Obviously, by the sound of your review, this should have been avoided in the first place. I can't respond to that without more detail. I'm not sure whether you chose to do your windows retrofit to save money? If you have old frames, you should always choose brick to brick (frame pull)installation. All of our installers are window wise certified. Any installer that we find does not meet our standards would not last long with Brock Home Improvements. We always pay the $50 referral fee when we are aware of it. If the representative neglects to record it on the contract, usually we receive a call from the customer reminding us, and we are happy to send the money. This is after all the best (and cheapest) form of advertising there is. I would love it if you would call me and let me know which job this is so I can check into the details. My toll free number is 1-800-449-3808. Barb/
