The sales representative was very helpful, explaining and demonstrating where possible, the features and qualities of Brock's products. He went the extra mile to ensure our plans for a major cutout was well throughout and that his best crews were assigned. The installers were very professional, courteous and pleasant to have around. They worked quickly, but were very detailed with their work. When the product had a factory created problem, they were quick to get it resolved. They took extra care to protect our home and whenever they left for the day they made sure it was clean.
We are very pleased with the end product and would not hestitate to recommend or use Brock again.
