Given that the window replacement market is so competitive it can potentially feel both daunting and overbearing as a customer who with no prior knowledge is simply seeking reliable information and advice. / receptionist who was polite and effecient and then followed through by Walter who came out to listen and discuss various options at our convienience. His invaluable help helped us to choose not only the correct type and style of windows for our basement and bedrooms, but he rightly pointed out(un-like other reps who had come around) that the structure of our kitchen was suitable to modify from the existing french doors to a beautiful new patio door.Our contract installer,Don,was exceptionally effecient and although we could not be there on the day of the installation he phoned us at regular intervals to provide us with the re-assurance that all was going well. When we arrived home we were delighted not only with the windows and door but also with the fact that there was no mess left for us to deal with. The windows made by North Star are already proving to be energy effecient and the patio door has just provided us with a whole new and beautiful view of our garden.
