We had all our windows replaced over a 2 year period. We did the upstairs windows 2 years ago, and with that job, 2 windows were mistakenly reversed in placement (i.e. opened the wrong way to the wind direction in our area). We phoned Brock, and they came back within 2 days and redid those 2 windows with no questions asked. Then this year we had all the lower floor windows replaced, again with Brock. I have absolutely no trouble recommending them, no high pressure sales, just pure and simple great windows, great price, and great service.
