I went to the brock showroom and Bruce was very helpful in picking out the storm door for my house ,he was very patient with me even with all the questions I asked we did the deal right there then they installed my door 6 weeks later, very satisfied thank you

The salesman came for the scheduled appointment. We indicated which windows that were to be replaced and asked for help as to the sytle.
The salesman then looked at all the windows to be replaced and advised
us accordingly. He told us that someone would come to remeasure but
that the order would be placed immediately on "the list". (We had time
restraints due to a trip.")We were also informed as to how to prepare for the installation.

An appointment was made about two weeks before installation. The two installers came on time. They were very efficient and had the windows installed in "record" time. They cleaned up everything.

We will call this company again when we have funds to replace another large window.

I had much difficulty installing windows in my home. My friend referred me to Brock home improvement. They were very nice people when they came into my home. I was very eager to see what they were going to do to fix my windows. At the end results, I was very pleased and also extremely happy to see the marvelous job they did on my windows.

Had Brock do the two storm doors and kitchen window in my house and I am very pleased with the results the came in worked installed everything even fixed my existing door lock which I thought was a nice touch thank you, highly recommend this company to people looking to do work on their house.

I would like to thank Brian for all his advice and help, the installers were great , they came in just before xmas finished in two days left without a mess everything looks great big difference in noise and much warmer rooms ,we live on a busy street and noticed the noise factor right away thank you.

Mark H. the saleman that I dealt with from Brock windows was the most informative and knowlegeable of the 4 companies that estimated on the project. Having used other window contractors in the past, and not receiving much satisfaction, I decided that I liked Mark's approach as he dealt in reality and not fiction. The installers from Brock did a fantastic job with our double stacked bay windows, and the team work of Tony and Tony was beyond our expectations. Thanks to everyone at Brock.

my wife and me are satisfied with brocks workmanship and quality they did a good job and poor guys work hard in cold weather my wife made them tea they are nice guys very helpful.

Called a bunch of window people to get prices and was the most comfortable with Brock and they didn't fail me everything was done in timely manor no complaints ,you can feel the rooms are much warmer .I would recommend Brock to anyone who needs windows
