Hans, the local franchisee, and the installer Jeff both showed professionalism and expertise as well as concern and friendliness. They made sure every detail was done correctly and with care. They treated us like they were doing their own homes. We highly recommend Clera if you want it done right the first time. Pricing was very fair and quality was excellent.

I had multiple delays for the installation day, the quality of installation was extremely poor not even subdevision grade (most of the windows are out of level, the caulking is already cracked because it was not sealed properly from the outside).
When I told them that I will pay when the job is complete regional manager Kevin was trying to intimidate me and head office manager accused me that I just simply didnt want pay for no reason.
Before you sign the papers they will be great to you as soon as you signed they dont care.
Now almost a year after I called, left massages and no one cares.
Cant really comment the product itself.
Otherwise, I wish I went with a different company.
