Completely satisfied with Brystone Flooring. We had three bedroom floors update to hardwood floors.

From start to finish, Bryston Flooring was an amazing company with which to do business. Stefan and Chad helped us select our new flooring choice to replace our main floor which was a mixture of tile, carpet, and parquet. They promised us that it would take five days to complete, Monday through Friday, and they kept their promise. We were so impressed with the installers, Kyle and Aaron, who handled the installation professionally, with their knowledge and experience clearly evident. We also loved how they cleaned up the work site every day before they left! The end result is nothing short of exceptional! Our main floor flooring and new baseboards look beautiful, seamless, exactly what we were hoping for! Everyone who has seen it absolutely loves the look! We will continue to recommend Bryston Flooring to friends and neighbours and anyone else who asks. Thank you again to the Bryston family/Team for handling this job for us. I recently had my laminate floors replaced by Bryston Flooring in my basement apartment. Overall, I'm more than thrilled with the end result! The dricore sub-floor adds warmth and insulation to a chilly space. The wide-plank vinyl flooring is high quality and looks fantastic, as does the new porcelain tiles in the bathroom.

Stefan was terrific - especially in the pre-sales phase - very professional, responsive and thorough with the estimate. I wished he would have kept more communication with me during the install process when there were some delays to the tile flooring and miscommunication about a couple of the elements that caused the job to take longer than Stefan originally estimated. I was thrilled to have the job actually started earlier than committed (thanks Julia!) to accommodate our soon-to-arrive baby in the house. It turned out well, since there were unexpected delays (partly due to a tough demo of the bathroom flooring) that were creeping towards our drop dead date.

Without a doubt, the best part of the whole experience was working with the install team. I can't say enough about Kyle, Aaron, Anthony and Brian. They were all extremely easy to work with, professional, reliable, considerate and incredibly talented at what they do.

Thanks again Bryston - I'm delighted with my floors and I know I will be for years to come!

We had a great experience from start to finish working with Bryston. We replaced the carpet in our bedroom and closet with hardwood and also had an area rug custom made to fit the space.
Their staff is helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Very easy to work with.
The installers were very professional and efficient. We were especially impressed with the meticulous and intricate cuts made in the confined space of the walk-in closet.
Overall this was a great, stress free experience!

I renovated my downstairs and had Brystons put in Vinyl flooring in the Rec. room, hall and bathroom.
I am overwhelmed with how good it looks.
The staff have been wonderful as were the men laying the floor.
I have used them before for carpeting and am very happy. If I do more in my home I’ll be back.

Over the years we have used Bryston Flooring for all our flooring needs. Recently we had them install mirage hardwood flooring on our upper level and our staircase. It looks amazing and from start to finish we have been very happy with their work!

this company went above and beyond. They replaced the carpet and did all the trim for me. The job looks awesome and very professional attitude from the personel. I have more rooms to do and they will be called for sure to complete these rooms.

Have used this company a few times for flooring install and always excellent work. Also we had a flooring repair done to perfection. Cannot see that there ever was a problem. Everything was left with no clean up on our part. Again a job well done
