Went on line to book appointment. I chose a time that was convenient for my husband who works from home. The day they were suppose to come they phoned to say they were running 1/2 an hour late. He said that would still be ok as long as they would be only 1/2 an hour. They showed up 1 1/2 hours late! I cannot tell the whole experience in 30 words as it went from bad to worst. I will NEVER use this company again! Expensive, guys were rude, slow and just unprofessional. They just threw everything into the truck to make it look like a bigger load. Shop around if you need junk removal there must be a company better that this one??
