I called this company on Friday, July 13, to give me an estimate on hot tub removal. I was told they would be at my house between 3:30 and 5:30 that day. When he called, I was told they had a big job and wouldn’t be able to make it until close to 5:30 or later. I asked him to call me when they were done. He did, which was at 5:10 or 5:20. He told me his manager had told him it would be too late and that someone would call me on Saturday to reschedule. Well, here we are on Tuesday, July 17 and still no call. The best part is I received an email today telling me my appointment on Friday was cancelled.
