As has been posted by others, our experience has been horrible and frustrating. We purchased a Bedroom set and a kitchen table, which they took the payment for upfront. They were gracious enough to store our goods until we needed them, but then were unable to deliver due to "their warehouse not being open over the holidays", a fact they were unaware of and which we needed to call several times to confirm. Kim did return our call (once). We went in another time and ordered kitchen chairs and asked they be delivered with our other stuff (again paying full price upfront). We were told Kim will contact you about the delivery. We had to call her several times over a 3day period to finally get her on the phone. We took delivery. The delivery guys were unable to lift all the goods and required my fiance to help them. Upon inspection, the headboard to our bed had a defect in the leather and the kitchen chairs were the wrong colour and model. We called and spoke to Kim who said she would correct the situation and get back to us within the week. It has now been a week and a half and not only has Kim not called us, but we called her after a week, been told she would call us back and it has now been three days and still no word from her. We are one day away from printing out all these postings, going into the store and demanding our money back.
